To consider: annual account, annual budget and sending recommendations to the E. C. and Court; to act as watch dog over progress of income and expenditure of the University.

Composition

Vice-Chancellor as chairman, secretaries of the department of Higher Education & Finance or their nominees, two nominees of the Chancellor, two members each from the Court & the E. C., the Registrar and the Finance Officer as member-secretary.
