a) To establish faculty councils for PG & UG studies, University Departments., Institutions, Centres, Libraries, Labs etc.
b) To create posts of teachers & officers.
c) To institute degrees, titles, diplomas, certificates, fellowships, studentships, stipends, medals, prizes.
d) To confer degree, title, diploma and other academic distinctions including honorary degrees.
e) To withdraw or cancel degrees, title etc.
f) To consider annual account, audit report, annual budget, annual report, different proposals from the E. C. including agreement between the University and the Govt./ other authorities
