a) Formulate and make recommendations in matters of policy regarding the development of colleges;
b) Implement the policies of the University in respect of the development of the colleges;
c) Advise the Court and the Executive Council on the matters relating to the development of the colleges;
d) Advise the Court and the Executive Council on the matters regarding the laboratories and libraries of the colleges;
e) Advice the Court and the Executive Council on the matters relating to the development of infrastructure of the laboratories of the colleges.

d) Ten Senior Teachers of the colleges, nominated by Councils for UG Studies
